Quail Run Country Club first opened for play in 1995. Martin Johnson, Jr. designed the course.

Quail Run Golf Course is a 9 hole course with a driving range, practice green, and clubhouse. The Northwest Pottawattamie County Golf Association was formed to build this course and completed the course on 80 acres in 1995. Quail Run is open to the public and is located 1/2 mile West of Neola just off Highway 191.

This is a links-style course with flat greens and undulating fairways. #6, a par 3 with a green surrounded by water is the signature hole.
